Eric holds the Master Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation, the highest level of professional certification awarded by the ICF.
He has coached professionally since 2012 and brings over 5,000 hours of experience working with senior leaders in public institutions, regulated industries, engineering and infrastructure, financial services, and complex corporate environments.
Before establishing his coaching practice, Eric worked within corporate environments leading and supporting large-scale technology and organizational change initiatives.
He holds Government of Canada Security Clearance – Reliability Status, valid through 2029, and an Enhanced Police Security Clearance issued by the Edmonton Police Service.
Perspective
While working in corporate environments, Eric developed a deep respect for the complexity of leading within them.
He saw that outcomes are rarely driven by process alone. They are shaped by human dynamics, competing priorities, and the informal forces that influence how decisions get made. What gets said out loud, and what stays unspoken. What people protect. What they fear. What they are accountable for.
Over time, one pattern became consistent: under sustained pressure, even highly capable people can operate below their full range.
That observation formed a conviction. The issue is rarely capability. It is access.
This conviction became the foundation of his coaching practice, supporting leaders to navigate complexity with clearer thinking, steadier judgment, and more intentional choice.
