What does
VitalAction do?

At VitalAction, we provide companies across the globe with activity-based professional coaching and training solutions and ongoing support based on the latest research and developments. Here are a few of the most common questions we are asked:

Absolutely! Although based in Calgary, we can meet and work with emerging leaders anywhere in the world, including on-site at mines and other resource extraction sites. Our team is completely bilingual and can coach in English or French.

Also known as experiential learning, activity-based training helps participants experiment with new concepts, processes or skills in a controlled environment through supervised coaching in order to improve the likelihood of knowledge retention.

Of course! Through our network of handpicked consultants, we are equipped to coach organizations of all sizes, all across the globe.

At VitalAction, we offer a lean, flexible style of coaching designed to meet each client’s budget. On top of that, the ROI on experiential coaching services is high: A study by Baruch College researchers Gerald Olivero, K. Denise Bane, and Richard E. Kopelman found that a training program alone increased productivity 28 percent, but the addition of follow-up coaching to the training increased productivity 88 percent.

In addition to numerous internationally accredited coaching programs, we use a number of respected industry texts when developing our coaching and training strategy.
