Eric Dulong has worked with various organizations in the private and public sectors over the years, ranging from resource extraction to retail commerce. In 2012, he founded VitalAction Coaching to convert his knowledge into actionable strategies for effective leadership development. Eric is among the selective 4% of the ICF-certified coaches globally who have attained the master level in coaching. By prioritizing empowering and non-judgmental conversations, Eric builds a culture of trust and engagement with his clients.
