The productivity of any unit in a company depends above all on the managerial skills of its leader.

The leadership training program I took this year allowed me to identify and understand my weaknesses and strengths. The program offered me tips and tools to manage my team well and get the desired result.

High-quality workshops, courses and coaching throughout the year formed the essential basis for the success of this mission. I would like to thank Eric very much for his strong commitment throughout the program.

I have always appreciated teamwork, where I had terrible shortcomings it was at the level of the delegation, for me to be satisfied a task had to be completed by myself. Now, with Eric’s coaching, I see leadership in a different way. Learning to delegate has been very beneficial for me and my team. It allowed me to focus on other challenges and also allowed my team to be more independent.

In the program, I have acquired the tools to be a better leader who inspires commitment and efficiency.

I am now an entrepreneur, I love what I do, I make decisions that are in line with my values, I feel in balance in the different spheres of my life and his advices follows me every day! My company ended up in a somewhat complex situation: Imported expertise, imminent needs of knowledge transfer, an obligation to perform quickly in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.

I met Eric in this context where we needed him to offer personalized support in the form of leadership coaching. I observed Eric exploring different topics during the program, such as self-awareness, interpersonal and emotional skills, vision and creativity to name a few. All this by integrating local culture (many cultures!!) by putting it at the heart of its development activities!

Eric Dulong and I recently completed phase two of a year-long coaching and training project in Western Africa on a remote site.

I was pleased to find that Eric is a consummate professional, he has a real ability to digest training material quickly and is a highly skilled facilitator. As for his coaching, Eric took 25 front line supervisors and lead them on a leadership journey. As I spoke with the people from his group, you could see the transformation of leadership understanding and use of new tools they learned about but the most impressive thing was watching his group work through issues they discovered about themselves.

I want to say that Eric has a great work ethic, is a strong communicator and he listens well, he is all about getting things right and he does a lot of research. There is no doubt that the value and improvement Eric can provide would be an asset for any company to leverage.
